Frequently Asked Questions
About Our Services:
We bring essential services directly to unhoused and underserved neighbors who lack access to shelters or resource centers. Services include free laundry, hygiene products, and connections to other community resources.
No. All services are free, low-barrier, and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. No ID or proof of income is required.
Service days and times vary by location and partner site. Current schedules are posted on our website and social media.
Wash cycles take under 20 minutes, with drying averaging 45–50 minutes depending on the load. Each guest may receive one to two loads per day, based on demand. We currently handle 15–20 loads daily and are expanding capacity with a second trailer by March 1, 2026.
Everyday clothing such as shirts, pants, socks, underwear, coats, and light bedding. Bulky items may be limited based on capacity.
Guests are served as space allows. Once capacity is reached, guests are kindly informed and, when possible, provided information about upcoming service days.
We prioritize areas with limited access to services based on community needs and partner input. Locations must have a water hookup and approved drainage (such as gutters or a street grate).
Through word of mouth, social media, nonprofit partners, and community outreach.
Donations, Sponsorship & Fundraisers
Donations and sponsorships can be made through our website as one-time or monthly gifts. Sponsorships help cover water, propane, fuel, and supplies that keep services free for guests.
While showers are free for guests, they cost the organization money to operate. A $10 sponsorship helps offset water, propane, fuel, and supply costs.
